1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, delivery address, and the size of the order.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7-15 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the processing time and shipping time:
  • Standard Total Delivery Time: 8-18 business days
  • Expedited Total Delivery Time: 4-10 business days

3. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to update it.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or the wrong item was shipped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. To see tracking updates, please click on “Track Package” in the shipping confirmation email. If you have lost your shipping confirmation email, please contact Customer Service via Chat, select Order Status and enter in the Order Number.
Tracking information for your shipment will typically be updated by the carrier within 24-48 hours of shipment.
During times of high package volume, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.
